(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider Ahosting announced on Thursday that it has updated its dedicated server product line to feature more advanced configurations.

The new line includes the Nehalem-EP 2x Intel Xeon DP Quad-Core E5506 2.13 ghz NO HT, the Nehalem-EP 2 x Intel Xeon Quad-Core Processor E5520 2.26 ghz w/HT and the Westmere EP 2 x Intel Xeon DP Hexa-Core E5645 2.4GHz w/HT.

Ahosting says dedicated servers provide a more practical solution for individuals and enterprises because it eliminates the space and bandwidth concerns that shared hosting presents. It claims that with dedicated servers, business will be able to expand seamlessly, store sensitive data securely, and upgrade easily.

Ahosting says its fully managed and self-managed dedicated server solutions have no set-up fee or long-term contract required. According to its website, Linux servers will be fully managed, and Windows will be self-managed. Ahosting will migrate customers existing servers for free.
